In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a withdrawal period of 14 working days from the delivery of the products to return them to Bella Bestia sas for exchange, refund, or credit note, provided that the products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Damaged, soiled, or incomplete items will not be accepted.

Return and re-shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The return of products must be accompanied by the return slip and the purchase invoice. The exchange (subject to availability), refund, and credit note will be processed within 10 days of the Company's receipt of the returned items from the buyer.
Any reservations or claims for non-conformity or apparent defect of the delivered products must be made by mail to Bella Bestia sas, Z.I. La Camave, 1 chemin du Pastel, 31290 VILLEFRANCHE DE LAURAGAIS or by email to contact@bfpetfood.shop (Several attestations may be requested). Failing to comply with these formalities, the products will be considered compliant and free of any apparent defect, and no claim will be accepted by the Company.
Bella Bestia sas will replace, as soon as possible and at its own expense, the delivered products whose apparent defects or conformity defects have been duly proven by the buyer. The package, accompanied by the Return Slip, must be returned to:
