Rules of the "Win a Water Mat" Operation
ARTICLE 1 – CONTEST ORGANIZATION
Bella Bestia sas (hereinafter referred to as the "organizing company"), registered in the Trade and Companies Register under number: 517 543 179, with its registered office at: ZI de la Camave, 1 Chemin du Pastel, 31290 Villefranche de Lauragais, is organizing a game with purchase requirement titled "Win a Water Mat" from June 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026, inclusive.
ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
This contest is open to all adults residing in Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica) and Belgium, with the exception of Bella Bestia partners, Bella Bestia staff, staff of companies involved in the development of the contest, and their family members.
To participate in the Contest, the participant must be of legal age. Bella Bestia reserves the right to ask participants to prove their age and to disqualify any participant in the absence of such proof.
Any participation in this operation must strictly comply with the conditions of these rules. Any participation that does not conform to the characteristics stated above will not be taken into account.
ARTICLE 3 – PARTICIPATION METHODS
To participate, the participant must place an order on the website www.bfpetfood.shop between June 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026, inclusive. Each order during this period will be registered as an entry in the contest.
ARTICLE 4 – WINNER SELECTION
The prize will be awarded by a draw on July 3, 2026, from all orders placed between June 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026, inclusive.
ARTICLE 5 – PRIZE
One prize will be awarded.
The prize in play is: a water mat to be won.
ARTICLE 6 – PRIZE DELIVERY
The winner will be contacted between July 3 and July 9, 2026, at the email address used during the order. If the winner does not respond within two weeks of sending this email, they will forfeit the prize and will not be entitled to any indemnity, prize, or compensation whatsoever. The winner must comply with these rules. If it turns out that they do not meet the criteria of these rules, the prize will not be awarded to them and will be acquired by the Organizer.
The prize will be shipped to the winner's home in Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica) or Belgium.
ARTICLE 7 – AUTHORIZATIONS
Participants authorize all checks regarding their identity and contact details; any false or erroneous identity or address information will automatically result in the elimination of the participation.
ARTICLE 8 – RESPONSIBILITY
Bella Bestia shall not incur any liability if, in case of force majeure, events beyond its control, or justified necessity, it is led to shorten, extend, postpone, modify, or cancel this Contest at any time, should circumstances require it.
Bella Bestia shall not be held responsible for any act not attributable to it, particularly in the event of mail misdelivery, telephone and computer line malfunctions, technical failures making it impossible to continue the Contest, or any technical, material, or software failures, of whatever nature, that prevented or limited the possibility of participating in the Contest or damaged a participant's system.
It is strictly forbidden, by any means whatsoever, to modify or attempt to modify the Contest's mechanisms, particularly to alter its results or any element determining the outcome of the Contest and its winners. Bella Bestia reserves the right to enforce equal opportunities among all participants, particularly through legal action or any other means it deems appropriate.
Bella Bestia reserves the right to exclude from the Contest and to prosecute any person who has cheated or disrupted the proper conduct of the Contest. A winner who has cheated will automatically forfeit any prize.
ARTICLE 9 – DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the requested information is mandatory and necessary for Bella Bestia to take into account and validate participation. Participants can exercise their rights to access, rectify, and object to information concerning them under the conditions provided by the law of January 6, 1978, known as the "Data Protection Act," by writing to the following address:

ARTICLE 10 – RULES AND APPLICABLE LAW
Participation in this Contest implies full and unreserved acceptance of these complete rules, as well as the final arbitration of Bella Bestia for all disputes relating to the interpretation or application of these rules.
The complete rules can be obtained free of charge on the website www.bfpetfood.shop during the game period. No requests concerning the interpretation or application of these rules, the mechanisms or procedures of the Contest, or the list of winners will be answered. The law applicable to this Contest is French law.
