All delivery times are indicative and expressed in working days. They are provided by the carriers and remain their responsibility.
(No shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Orders are prepared on weekdays for any order placed before 1 p.m.).
Delivery to a RELAY POINT
France (excluding Corsica and coastal islands) and Belgium

Delivery carried out by DPD.
The package must be collected from the selected relay point upon presentation of an ID.
You will be notified as soon as your package is available.
The package remains available for 8 days at the relay point. After this period, it will be returned to the sender, and the shipping costs as well as re-shipping costs will remain your responsibility.
Average delivery times:
- France: 2 to 3 working days
- Belgium: 4 to 5 working days
HOME or WORKPLACE delivery
France (excluding Corsica and coastal islands) and Belgium

The package is delivered against signature, from Monday to Friday.
In case of absence, the package may be dropped off at the nearest relay point.
A valid mobile phone number is essential.
Delivery is made at the bottom of the building. Delivery to upper floors is not provided.
Average delivery times:

Any order placed before 1 p.m. is shipped the same day.
After this time, shipping will take place on the next working day (Monday for orders placed on Friday after 1 p.m.).
