Why do we love this lamb dog food?
There are a very large number of diets for dogs, so it is difficult to find your way among acronyms such as: BARF (raw meat), PMR+ (Prey Model Raw +), or RM (Homemade Ration).
These types of diets are perfectly acceptable provided you have time and plenty of space, especially if you have large breed dogs.
However, not all dogs digest food the same way, and if you are not well-informed, this can affect your pet's health: intestinal and stomach upset (diarrhea), weight loss, food allergies, etc. If in doubt, always ask your veterinarian.
The advantages of complete food are numerous. Firstly, this food is very easy to digest.
Secondly, it is practical thanks to its individual sachets, which makes it easier to travel or go hiking with a ration for your dogs without having to carry kilos of kibble.
Furthermore, it can be stored at room temperature before opening. Finally, you can offer your dog a variety of flavors, as it is also available in two other varieties: duck and salmon.

Our tips for properly dividing portions
As you know, the health of your four-legged companion is paramount to us! That's why we're going to offer you our valuable advice on giving your dogs the recommended dose according to their weight.
Note that the dog's weight isn't the only factor to consider; you'll also need to adjust the amount of lamb-based complete food according to its age, health, and activity level. For example, a puppy will have higher nutritional needs than a senior dog because it's still growing, as will a sporting dog or a pregnant or nursing female, which will require more nutrients. In these cases, you can double the portion to ensure your pet doesn't lack anything. A special note for puppies between 5 and 10 months old: instead of doubling the daily ration, simply multiply it by 1.5.
For lamb sausage for dogs, here are our recommendations according to their weight:
- -3kg, 1 sausage* per day will suffice;
- +8kg, you will need to increase to 2 sausages* per day;
- +13kg, 3 sausages*;
- +19kg, 4 sausages*;
- +25kg, 5 sausages*;
- +32kg, 6 sausages*;
- +39kg, 7 sausages*;
- +47kg, 9 sausages*;
- And for an adult dog over 55 kg, a minimum of 9 sausages* per day is recommended.
*1 sausage = 1 portion = 90g.
Keep in mind that if your pet is already carrying a few extra pounds or is overweight, you can reduce their daily food portion to help them get back in shape. Also, make sure your canine friend always has fresh, clean water available to prevent dehydration.
